安市将推进智者校外复建，大专院校智者校外达标率达85%，外聘100所新型智者校外示范校。市教委亦同发布《西安初等教育信息技术“十四五”规划》。规划明确，三年内，本市将实现教学网络千兆返校；加快校内坚实网络、数字资源、信息系统和普遍性软件工具的普及应用，推进物联网技术及各类平板感知器材校外应用。

西单将再增420万平方米高效率科技产业空间

In 2022, Haidian district will launch 233 supporting projects for the fixed asset investment. 41 projects are related to industrial spaces, including Da Beinong Biological Agriculture Innovation Park and the second phase of Jinyu Sci-tech Park. After completion of these projects, 4.2 million square meters of high-quality industrial spaces will be added to the district.

2022年西单区共安排233个固定资产投资支撑工程建设。其中科技产业空间类工程建设41个，除此以外大北农生物农业创新园、西三旗金隅商贸区二期等。这些科技产业工程建设修建后将为西单区追加420万平方米高效率科技产业空间。

西单月内将复建13个院前急救线路

To further shorten response time for emergency calls, Haidian district plans to build 13 new medical emergency stations, and purchase 21 ambulances and supporting medical equipment on vehicles. The district will strive to complete the construction of Haidian Infection Medical Center by the end of the year. 10 community health service sites will be put into operation. 23 medical institutions in the district will upgrade their medical vehicles this year.

西安首张智者事务比例尺亦庄上线

The Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area has officially released Beijing’s first smart map for government affairs. Users only need to open the map on their phone, and they can know where and how to handle over 1000 government affairs in the district. The map is a featured service page of the APP “Shang Yicheng”. It can provide nigation and service guide among other services. The map now covers almost 60 square kilometers of the district, and has provided services in social security, medical care and education.

亦同，西安经开区正式上线西安首张智者事务比例尺，大型企业管事员和难道只要锁上Android上的比例尺，就能知道1000多项事务一站式在哪筹、如何筹。“事务比例尺”隶属“尚亦城内”APP的特色一站式板块，它可以备有网点导航、查看管事指南等功能。目前，这份事务比例尺已经率先实现约60平方公中的经开区覆盖范围均覆盖，涵盖社会保险、医疗、初等教育、公积金等多个领域。

城内市核心区92条路面本月底未完成行步新增技术改造

Beijing’s sub center will complete the upgrading of barrier-free facilities in 943 sites on 92 roads before the end of this month. The barrier-free facilities of 181 public toilets in the district will be upgraded simultaneously, including 181 sets of barrier-free handrails, 24 ramps, 181 mirrors, 362 emergency phones and 76 sets of barrier-free washbasins.

本月底前，城内市核心区将未完成92条路面上，共计943个点位的行步交通设施提升技术改造工作。除路面上的行步交通设施新增外，城内区内181座公共厕所的行步交通设施同步新增，共更换181套室内行步扶一手、技术改造24处出入口坡道、装配181块斜镜、362个紧急重定向器和76套行步洗一手盆。

有城内有水有故事！城内市核心区；还有大运会河历史讲述人

An activity to find the best Grand C’s story tellers is underway in the Beijing’s sub-center. The first batch of 10 story tellers was announced recently. Focusing on 6 aspects such as historic facts, intangible cultural heritage, the food of the Grand C and the changes of the C, the narrators will use their voices to tell the stories of the Grand C and promote the culture of the C.

西安城内市核心区发布首批10位大运会讲述人，用扣人心弦的故事与趣味生动的言语，刻画千年来这座城内的一颦一笑，想起光景中的的堤坝情缘。月内，保定区文化和旅游局开展了“大运会讲述人”募集娱乐活动，面向广大群众募集“我”的堤坝故事，讲述“我”的堤坝情缘，用故事讲述对堤坝的深情眷恋，用声音传递保定的堤坝精神，提升西安城内市核心区堤坝文化感染力和传播力。此次大运会讲述人的竞选围绕“史实讲述”“非遗文化”“民间传说”“堤坝家风”“堤坝美食”“堤坝蝶变”六个主题斜向开展创作，首批选定了李立军等10名优秀竞选获得“大运会讲述人”豁免。

西安顺义月内预计追加2800家“两区”大型企业

This year, Shunyi District plans to introduce new policies in the business field to support the construction of the "Two Zones". The new policies are related to business exhibitions and cross-border e-commerce. The "opening up of industries and industrial parks" will be a key guideline to establish and improve a market-oriented, international and professional investment attraction mechanism. 月内，顺义区拟出台“两区”商贸领域相关科技产业政策，涵盖商贸会展、跨境电商、总部大型企业等领域。同时，以“科技产业均站+园区均站”偏重于线，建立完善市场化、国际化、组织化试筹必要，构想供给工程建设仍要突破500个，构想工程建设合上率超过50%，预计追加大型企业超过2800家。
